When CrossNet was founded in mid 2002, we knew exactly what problems we were trying to overcome.... to pioneer the next generation, Modular Application Services Platform for Small to Medium Size business.

Our mission was borne out of the need for small businesses to leverage the benefits associated with a growing trend towards ‘convergence’. Convergence offered lower costs, less complexity and more features! But, there was only one problem to overcome... if dealt with the same way almost every Small to Medium sized business that we’ve seen handled their IT infrastructure and services...it could very easily have a disruptive and negative impact on the business, not to mention a direct increase in running costs!

And so, we built the CrossNet Platform, a purpose built modular application service platform which could be deployed in either an appliance format, or delivered straight from the ‘cloud’ - designed from the ground up to support rapid deployment, lower cost management and reliability levels and SLA’s that were previously only common place and experienced by business with fixed line telephones!

In the process, we’ve never stopped evolving, and the landscape has never stopped changing!

From pure Software and Services, Engineering a breakthrough hardware platform for delivery of CrossNet, through to also becoming a fully fledged Telco and today, focussed entirely on software and services building next generation networks and communications infrastructure to deliver modular, on-demand application services to small and medium business.
